Flash limit

Question

Please reset my flash limit on 001A06 290503. I wanted to update and change a few items and was not alowed to.

Why can't this unit have the flash limit reset, when all these other one can? I don't understand. Why is it that this unit can't be reset?

It exceeds the 5 year flash limit. Once 5 years have passed, the flash link software will not allow any changes to a module. This unit from 2013 would fall into that category.
