cs500 alarm red wire has no power.

Question

I'm installing a CS500 in a 85 toyota p/u. Power is not coming from the red wire for the doors and the parking lights no longer flash when the alarm in turned on/off.

we do not manufacture the cs500, you will want to contact the manufacturer or whomever you bought the unit from for any support on that product.

As for the door trigger. either it's a bad door switch (the truck is from 1985) or you are not testing it right. I dont have the 1985 info but in 1988, the door status is a negative signal and not a positive signal.
