The immobilizer data received from the module is incomplete, I will assume you have access to a Flashlink-2 Updater since you are attempting to use Dcyrptor.

Then try to reprogram in vehicle, make sure all steps and led flashes match what is written in the guide, only then do you go back to the computer and do Dcryptor.

Make sure that there is no battery in the oem keyfob when attempting to program in vehicle, only re-install the battery in step 12
