2013 Prius gets a screen error when trying to program Evo one "P lock malfunction when parking"

P LOCK MALFUNCTION WHEN PARKING, PARK IN FLAT PLACE AND APPLY PARKING BRAKE SECURELY this message appeared at my 2013 Prius when tried to program the Evo one I get to the step where I have to get the solid blue led then connect all the cables then the next step is to pres the start button two times and there is when I get the message also the Evo one module lights go off, I soon I removed the Evo one module and press the start button twice I don't get the message

When you turn the ignition on during programming, what do the led's on the evo do?

It goes from solid blue to off no light, then when turn the engine off the blue led comes on

Try lowering the firmware to 79.59 and re attempt programming. If the unit still does not program this would indicate an issue with the can hi and can lo connections.
