2013 ford edge service 001a06598791 got up to step 8 light blue and red does not flash 10x but it beeps the horn

i have everything install can hi and the low i press the programing botton the red light and blue stay on but wont pass from that point

Firmware is incorrect for your vehicle. Flash the module with the latest ford firmware.
