Remote start kill not working

Remote start will not shut off 2014 Elantra.  No CAN 2 high wire to connect.  Tried everything.

The can 2 high wire have to be connected. What do you mean by "No CAN 2 high wire to connect."

The wire.com visual diagram was a whole lot better than what came with the unit.  It works quite well now that the CAN 2 high/low wires are connected.  Thanks.
