RFK441 not starting vehicle

Installed an EvoOne with THAR-TOY9 harness in a 2019 4Runner Standard Key. Added RFK441 remote kit.
 

the EVOOne was flashed to the vehicle, turning off A11, and selecting RFK441.

The RFK441 receiver blinks when you plug it into the EVO module. But does nothing after while clicking the remotes and trying to start the vehicle.

The remotes need to be paired to the EVO-ONE.

Thank you for the quick response. Can you send the link to the guide for the RFK441? You sent the one for the RFK411.
