i check voltage and Can- lo reads about 2.5 but I dont get a reading from Can Hi

Rookie installing EVO ALL on 2012 nissan versa.  I followed the steps through programing and the EVO all blue light does not come on during step 4. I check voltage on Can HI and i am not getting a reading. I checked some of the fuses and they are all right.... How do I go about to fix this problem?

Redo the connection and make sure you're on the right wire.

thanks a million! I checked the connections. turns out i overlooked the transponder connection at the ignition. Just like i researche on the internet you guys are a great company with good tech support. I will refer and do business with u guys again!
