2014 kia optima pts display on dash dead when remote starting

every  time you remote start the car and get in and the car takes over  the radio  display is dead,  anyone run into this? I used an evo all with latest stable firmware and an autostart as1780, I have tried the top 4 firmwares and tried hard wire and d2d and nothing changes.    also some times if you shut the car off from remote start and push start it the radio display is still blank.  if you let the car sit for a bit and start it with the dash button it works fine any ideas?

The radio screen is dead ? Is the radio playing or it has no power at all ? I'd verify that the large connector in the kick panel is locked in place correctly.

Connector is locked in.  The radio has sound and if u watch the screen closely it has power as the black (blank) display changes slightly when u do secure takeover.  I think the data system is messing it up somehow.  Gonna try a Idatalink adsalca bypass today as I don't have another evoall
make sure your dimmer switch is set. Radio lighting is not through data.
Don't lose time changing modules, the dimmer switch on the lower dash panel is disconnected or a wire has been cut.
Never cut any wires and never disconnected dimmer or anything like that.  If you start it with out remote start it works fine. If you start it with remote start it was every third time it wouldn't flash up the display.  Now it's everytime.
ok so just switched out the evo all for an adsalca, and the module programmed as it should but would not operate the door locks trunk or bypass security, I found the data port on the as 1780 remote start has to be faulty, I switched to the dbi port and everything worked great with the adsalca. thank you to the fortin tech support as he was sure it was the data between the modules and I didn't want to believe that.  (side note I was installing this on my xmas holiday 2000 km from home and had just enough tools and product to get by, never again!) and thanks to all that responded as well

I'm having the same issue it seems with an EVO-ONE, in one of these cars.
