evo-fort1 programs light flashes blue 4 times then yellow

Question

2011 ford focus hooked up all the wires pluged in the data link plug when the blue light came on a let the button go.  Pluged all the other connections inturned the key on and the blue light went out for a second then flashed fast 4 times and the yellow.  car will not start

make sure you connected the yellow wire coming from the tharness to the yellow wire on the 20 pin connector.

I checked that connection and it is good still same problem
