called tech support was told need to take car to dealer to have security reflashed, called dealer was told $75.00 to do.Didn't sound right to me no security lights car starts fine just can't get fortin to program. So i figured I would try a different key fob first and that was the problem.

highly doubt you need to have anything done at the dealer. I think the guy you spoke to was maybe confused with Ford vehicles.

Start by reflashing your module to 70.16, but make sure to select Chevy Camaro.. your evo-all is set to a chevy Canyon at the moment. Do a master reset and try programming again. If it still does not program.. :

  • Are you using a t-harness? What model does it say on sticker ? (should say THAR-GM1v2)
  • Do you get power at the 3-pin passkey connector? (think it's pin 3, dark green wire, that is the immo power wire)

Master reset procedure for EVO-ALL:

  1. Hold down programming button while plugging in datalink connector.
  2. Let go of button when LED is RED.
  3. Push and hold button again until all three LEDs start to alternate.
  4. Disconnect unit, she is now reset.
