15 Tundra Step 4 on programming procedure not working.

Blue and red leds are staying solid after I press the button twice.

Have you updated the module ? Please provide the service number written on the module.

The place I bought it from said it was updated. But I'm sending it back for them to check.

we can see with the 12 digit service number if the module was updated.
