What is the Purple wire from the t-harness connected to?

The purple wire id not connected as the wiring diagrams say not to in a Wrangler. Should it be?? The only connection other than the 4, red and white plugs is the yellows from the 20 and harness together.

What happens is once I got the remote part working and then started the vehicle with the key normally is when I noticed the door chimes, And then while trying to double check everything tonight we found that once that happened the remote start will no longer work, or lets say the door lock/unlock no longer functions from the remote or the door panel.

I can unplug the EVO , leaveing the T harness installed and start the vehicle and the chimes and door locks return to normal. Plug in the EVo and the cycle repeats.

New info, when putting back together last night to make drivable today, I noticed I could make it chime when I touched the wires from the ley switch or pushed on the key socket itself and eventually got it stuchk in "chime mode" , I got it to clear , wife drove it early this morning and it went back into chime mode by the time she got back home. I couldn't get it to clear until I unpluged that connector. I think some thing is kind a "sticking" in the key socket and it thinks the key is still in it.

So now I don't think it has to do with the EVO at all, I will have to look at it again when I get home tonight.
Probleem solved, it was the key thing, took the shroud back off and gave it a little silicone spray lube. Also the shroud has to be just right or the outer cylander drags on it. And the reason the evo wouldn't work is because you can't lock the doors with a key in the switch
