figured it out, basically, the nissan T-harness is garbage. i regret buying it, and i should've just wired it all manually. theres no configuration that sends the correct signals to the correct wires. I had to modify the T-harness and solder the purple and orange wires together. because the orange accessory wire goes to an empty pin, and it's the purple one that goes to accessory, but i have to keep the purple one in tact as well in order to retain the normal key forward use of accessory power. so yeah, in my case, 2004 nissan 350z with the trash thar-nis2 harness, i had to splice into the purple wire (accessory pin on the ignition switch), and join it anywhere with the orange wire (accessory pin on the evo-one harness). and now i have remote start along with accessory power, good old remote start AC finally, and head unit, and well, all accessory power.

hell nah it's not normal, one of the biggest reasons for a remote starter is to be able to pre-cool or pre-heat your car, which you can't do because the blower won't turn on without accessory power. the t-harness is wrong, it's sending accessory power to an empty pin on the ignition switch. totally wrong, just like the bcm diagram they provide and i had to research every damn corresponding pin for my different BCM. they don't give vehicle specific instructions, they literally just incorrectly assume every damn nissan from certain year to certain year are identical, and throw them all into one guide that has a LOAD of wrong info when it comes to certain cars. i've had such a hassle with this installation, but i've learned a LOT.

see my answer above for the accessory solution, and maybe you should look into that, cause it's not normal.
Hell, I can't even get my 2016 Juke to start let alone have the problems you did. I have read 6 different "instructions" for the same car and each one is different. My "press brake" light just lights up and stays on with no signal to start and I'm not getting any answers anywhere. Cut the yellow wire, don't cut the yellow wire, make sure you have blah blah blah. Yes, I have 12-0v on the PTS button, YES I have 12-0v on the brake switch, YES I have yada yada yada... just start my damn car!
Your AC and heater works from ignition, when engine is running. ACC is literally just a radio and maybe windows and roof. I don't need my radio ON during remote start, so...l
