Problem with Push to Start Ram 2013-2014

Question

Unable to get past step 5-6 in the programming procedure for a 2013-2014 Ram 1500 push to start truck. The Evo All box will not turn red ,have followed the steps to the word(several times) and can not get the key fob to register, the one time is did get it to turn red i was unable to complete step 9-10 then restarted and failed to get past step 5-6 again.  i have installed Evo All in several other vehicles with little to no problems. i find step 6 to be unclear to what "turn the ignition on" means, is it to the Run, Accessoires, or to start the truck?

Step 6 tells you to push the start stop button 2x to turn ON IGNITION, its where the dash lights up.
