Activation key not working

My wire color activation key is not working anymore. I am in the middle of trying again on my installation since the first time did not work out. 5FV1-34E5-4DWN-ULMM is not working anymore. Was it a one time deal or something? Thanks

activation keys are good for 48 hours only, hence the timer that displays once you unlock  a car.
